Do you have a room tonight? Do you have space tomorrow? Do you know who does?
You'll always have the answers with the Homer Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Information Center! The Availability Service is offered to Chamber Primary Business, Multiple Primary Business members and Associate Business members who track their sales by the unit and by the day. It is a real time data tracking service that will be on the Chamber website and shows availability of member services for 14 days out. Lodging, fishing, dental appointments, kayak trips, flight seeing, bear viewing and more.... as long as you can track it by the unit by the day, you can promote your availability by enrolling in this program and keeping your availability updated on-line. To ensure useful and accurate information, listings must be updated every 3 days to appear on the availability computer screen. Check out the features of this program:
- Listing includes your business name, address, physical location, website, phone, description, an image and unit availability for 14 days
- 24 hour access to real-time availability
- Quick reports for you to print and use in your business (see sample below)
- Daily reports used at Chamber Visitor Information Center for visitor assistance
- Evening reports posted on Chamber Visitor Information Center door for visitor use when Visitor Information Center is closed
- A link for Directirons or a Map for visitors to see your location.
- "Hot-Linked" from the Chamber website direct to your website
- Email address on your availability listing is "Hot-Linked"
- Self-serve updating on-line from your own computer
- Direct link your reservations through our reservation system
- Accurate and useful information is ensured. If you do not log in within three days, your listing is "dropped" until you log in again
Once payment is received, a Chamber staff member will activate your account and assist you with log-in. You will then update your account from our own computer. Staff will provide training on how to update your availability listing regularly.
Cost: $50.00 for first category listing, $45.00 for each additional category - during entire membership year (October 1 to September 30)
