The Homer Chamber of Commerce offers your business many benefits of membership - but did you know that these benefits extend to your employees too?

How Employees can Participate

Monthly luncheon meetings featuring speakers on a variety of interesting business topics which will keep your and your employees informed about local business issues and happenings.

Monthly mixers where networking with other business owners and their employees is encouraged.

The Business Breakfast Roundtable which meets the first Tuesday of each month between October and May and is a great place to have your employee represent your business.

The Chamber also offers a variety of workshops and seminars specifically designed to improve business knowledge. Many workshops are beneficial to your key staff such as counterfeit check seminars, Get to Know Homer, customer service skills, and more.

Employees can participate on a Committee and help make decisions relevant to the economic development of our community, your industry, and the Chamber.

Employees can volunteer for a Special Event and/or participate on the Event Committee. Some examples include: Fourth of July, Clean up Day, Winter Carnival, Winter King Salmon Tournament, Kachemak Bay Shorebird Festival, Sea Festival to name just a few.
