The 2025 Homer Winter Carnival Celebration is Saturday, February 8, 2025. The theme this year is Sunshine & Snowflakes! Homer is the banana belt and tropics of Alaska and it's time to celebrate it!

We welcome all to participate, as you do not have to enter a float; it can be a walking entry, cars, bikes...get creative! To participate please make sure you fill out the above form either online, or download and send it to Silas Firth at m embership@homeralaska.org

We are also seeking volunteers to help with traffic and HHS students can use volunteer hours to help as well. Please contact marketing@homeralaska.org to sign up to be a volunteer.

This is perfect for anyone looking to find something fun to do in the winter season in Alaska! The Carnival takes place in Downtown Homer. Enjoy various floats from local businesses, civic, and non-profit organizations, associations, and individuals of all ages.

The Parade starts at 12:00 NOON; if you are a float participant please arrive at 11:00AM at the Homer High School Parking Lot.
